Shutdown Pc After Steam Download

My PC will shut down when I play games mostly it is just after the loading screen and I get to the title and my PC will shut down this happens on most games. Some games I can play for 5 minutes first.
This Problem has just started recently as I bought a new Graphics Card. All help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Also i have ran the stress test from Bioshock Infinite and they gave me FPS of around 90 and max at 250 FPS so I am not sure. when I the test the Resolution was a bit funny but i don't think that is an issue. But I might be wrong.Again thanks a lot for any help.
