In the same report it was confirmed that Maisie Williams, Anya Taylor-Joy, and Nat Wolff are in negotiations to portray Rahne Sinclair / Wolfsbane, Illyana Rasputin / Magik, and Samuel “Sam” Guthrie / Cannonball, respectively. Lockheed will appear in the film as a companion to Magik. The film is currently targeting a Spring 2018 release.
